I have recently become a tenant here at Surrey. The atmosphere here is professional with a side of friendships. This is perfect for me with my private practice. Stephanie is the first face you see when you come into building 200. She is so welcoming and helps my new client's confirming they are in the correct place. She keeps the kitchen stocked and is quick to fix any need presented to her. Very Happy with the decision to relocate here.

I've looked at A LOT of places to rent, and I am soooo happy I chose Surrey Ranch. Jamie (the property manager) is by far the absolute most amazing manager I've ever seen. She is on top of everything. I look forward to my continued relationship with Surrey Ranch for many years to come.

Jamie is the office manager and she will Jamie go the extra mile for you! Great place, we rented there for a couple of years and expanded into a larger facility.
At 1011 Surrey Lane, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Surrey Ranch Executive Suites.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Surrey Ranch Executive Suites, who is more than happy to help out.
