One of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with in my life!

I verified a critical address requirement in writing before signing because it directly affected whether the service would work for my business. I was told it would not require a PMB. After signing I learned that was incorrect and the address did require a PMB, making it unusable for my intended purpose. The sales manager later apologized in writing and admitted he did not know that requirement (see attached). I cancelled the same day before the service start date. I never completed USPS Form 1583 and never activated any services. Despite this, billing continued and the situation shifted immediately into contract enforcement and collections language instead of resolving a mistake that originated in the sales process. When a vendor confirms something in writing, admits the mistake in writing, and still defaults to billing enforcement, that tells you everything about how disputes will be handled. Based on this experience I would not choose Regus again.

I had a terrible experience at this location. The contract, in my opinion, was misleading.

Avoid at all costs. LaOnna was the on site manager and she was great. She may no longer be there. I knew they were going to try and rip us off with 100 different fees going in that were going to be hard to avoid and boy they did. Regis does everything it can to take as much of your money as possible. We wernt even able to get a GBP verified which is what they said they could help with and are out over 1k. Would recommend avoiding Regis at all costs.

Absolute trash company. It has been 4 months and they are still lying I have made payments but they still can’t update their records. Regus, a provider of flexible workspace, has faced several class action lawsuits, primarily related to allegations of undisclosed fees and deceptive practices in their contracts. These lawsuits often involve claims of hidden charges for services like kitchen amenities or telephone handsets, and concerns about the lack of transparency in Regus's "House Rules" document. Do not book with REGUS or any other REGUS facility. The are a fraudulent company that makes it close to impossible to leave them. You will be hearing from my lawyers. I ATTACHED JUST A FEW OF THE THOUSANDS OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. edit they are now charging me 3000 for a room i never stepped foot in. udpdate: August 6th. I was sent to collections agency. i paid the fees because i wanted to be done with this company they still are sending me emails that i owe them.
