Sententia Vera Cultural Hub

Sententia Vera Cultural Hub is one of the first green buildings constructed by a group of environmentalists, community members of Dripping Springs and the Central Texas Hill Country. The Hub’s construction includes a metal frame + roof, walls of straw bales + stucco, with a 40K-gallon rainwater harvesting system. The original builder, Keith Miller, dropped by during our remodeling project and happy to report that the straw continues to be in great condition, proud of his 20+year-old labor! This made Sententia Vera, LLC very confident of its new digs. The Hub Community has continued the earth-conscious vibes and has reused, repurposed, and recycled as much material as possible in the remodeling project, and beyond.
