We reached out to a gentleman by the name of Brennan Walker about leasing a space for permanent makeup. I was told needles are not used in his facility and good luck. We have searched extensively for a location near home to be pushed off from a person who lies as you have those who do botox, and INJECTIONS. Dude. What a waste of my time. This is a business that is operating out of you facility that you say its not legally allowed to use needles. Not good..

Booked a conference room here for a Monday, but by the Friday morning before realized I needed to reschedule. Called and emailed multiple times on Friday and wasn’t able to get through to anyone until Monday AM. The morning of my reservation I spoke to the manager at the Dallas location, who helped me cancel and said she’d look into a refund or credit so that I could reschedule. She was very helpful. Except, now it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back from her. And I’m out the $200 for the room. If I’d known I was going to get ghosted and not get a refund or credit to reschedule, I would’ve moved things around and still utilized the room. Super disappointing experience all around, especially when I checked their site and confirmation email for cancellation policies and couldn’t find any. Won’t be back and don’t recommend this place to others.
