My biggest regret is not listening to the reviews. Every since I signed my lease I have been forced to pay fees after fee and being told, oh we will credit you back only to not get those full credits back and being told only a couple were approved when that wasn’t what I was initially told, when he requested I go ahead and pay the invoice and get my account refunded. Also I was forced to pay a extra deposit which would be 3 payments, including the two months of rent deposit and a extra $500 if I didn’t want my card held on file, which was something else I wasn’t told initially. At this point I am filing a cfpb complaint, bbb complaint and a complaint with the attorney general of my state for this matter. They take advantage of tenants renting offices here clearly.i have requested parking be removed days ago but of course they are stalling it out because the next month is starting soon and they will try to charge me for the month still I’m sure we are more than a week before April starts and I will update if they try to force me to pay for parking for April when I have told them I won’t be needed the service. All the complaints I see on here I’m sure are true they are mostly related to people being charged fees over and over unfairly.

Terrible experience. I signed up for Regus specifically because the package advertised that it would allow my business to be verified on Google using their office address. However, I later learned that they charge an additional fee for permanent signage, which is required for verification. That requirement was never clearly explained when I signed up, so the service did not deliver what was initially promised. I also had major billing issues. I was assisted in setting up autopay and was even charged an additional fee for the service, yet their system still marked my account as delinquent and sent me a bill for over $1,200 in late fees. I had already made my payments. When I visited the location, the staff didn’t even realize I had an office there and directed me to a completely different desk. Because of that confusion, I have no idea whether any mail sent to my assigned office was actually received. Overall, the billing system seems unreliable, the communication about what is required for business verification is unclear, and the customer service experience was very disappointing.

Regus spammed me. Not happy. Good companies don't spam.

Terrible company. Stay far away from them. One of the worst experiences of my career.
