Our company has enjoyed the excellent service provided at Lucid Cole Ave. offices by Community Manager Ms. Audra Lewis and Office Administrator Ms. Kelly Nolan. I would recommend this location to any company looking for professional space for small or mid-size teams in a vibrant Dallas neighborhood.

Update: 10/16/25 This location has gotten even better with the leadership of Audra and Kelly. Always clean, well maintained, very organized and it’s a great space to have an office. The location is also great with plenty of parking for employees and clients. Update 8/27/24: Staff members Megan and Dan are always happy to help and assist with all of your needs. Their interactions are always so positive and friendly. I can listen to Megan interact all day long because she’s always so positive and happy to help. This is a great location to get an office and do business. Very friendly and helpful staff/team members, very clean and organized office space, they offer refreshments and provide small business owners like myself an avenue to do business in a very professional space. This location is one of the best but their other locations are great too. I have been a customer since 2020 from their old Plano location and moved to this uptown location.

The staff is top notch and the building is clean and secure. Kelly at the reception area is knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air. Very helpful.
At 2626 Cole Avenue, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Coworking Memberships can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
