Despite their request of tenants for 5-star reviews, I simply cannot. After booking a room for the following day, we cancelled an hour and change later, but since both actions took place within 24 hours of the use date, they repeatedly refused a refund. After nearly two decades as a client… I suppose everyone has to make number but my goodness.
