Regus spends a lot of money on flash but falls short on hiring competent help. We switched to Office Evolution which has employees who know how to think outside the corporate box.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with Regus. I entered into an agreement with the company and I expected fair treatment and transparent policies. However, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. First and foremost, I was required to pay a substantial amount of money in deposits upon signing my lease agreement. Despite fulfilling this financial obligation, I have been subjected to an unexpected termination of my lease without any valid justification provided by Regus. Their reasoning for the termination prior to me moving into the space was due to my profession (healthcare provider) although Courtney the sales rep and staff at Regus were well aware of my profession. What exacerbates the situation is the complete lack of transparency and communication regarding the termination of my lease. I was blindsided by this decision, leaving me in a precarious situation with no recourse. Furthermore, what is utterly unacceptable is Regus's refusal to refund the significant amount of money I paid in deposits. This not only represents a breach of trust but also a violation of basic business ethics. As a customer, I feel deceived and taken advantage of by Regus. The company's actions not only demonstrate a lack of regard for its tenants but also raise serious questions about its integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation, including the full refund of the deposits I paid and a comprehensive explanation for the unjust termination of my lease. I do believe the sales reps who were involved in this should be terminated. I urge Regus to reconsider its actions and prioritize the fair treatment of its tenants. As a consumer, I deserve better, and I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others.
