This six-floor center originally built in 1986 was renovated in 2006 and features a state-of-the-art podcasting studio and light-filled lobby, as well as plenty of on-site surface parking.

We love that they always hold events for the whole building, it’s a nice way to meet other people, network and take a little break from the day. I appreciate all the effort that goes into the events. The building is nice parking is good and anytime we have an issue it’s resolved quickly!
At Expansive North Austin, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Expansive.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
