There is no maid service and almost no soap. For multiple people on a multiple day stay, you are given one tiny shampoo packet the size of a ketchup packet. It will not be replaced! The maid just hangs an extra "do not disturb" sign on the door so they don't have to do anything. The rooms are clean and very bare. The bed is not very comfortable and we only had one very flat pillow per person. Apparently pillows and shampoo are the reason why other hotels cost more. It is right next to a highway but my room was very quiet, no problem. They need to stop using fabric softener on the towels: this causes them to not absorb any water. And they do not provide any extra towels!

Don't usually do reviews but this place deserves 5/5 stars. I wouldn't choose this for a vacation but for a night's stay it's a fantastic value. Clean, new, basic

We booked this place about 15 minutes before arriving after an issue with another reservation, and honestly the experience was really uncomfortable. We got there close to midnight and had to ring the bell several times before someone came out. The person who attended us didn’t come across as professional—he was in flip-flops and a stretched, dirty t-shirt—and his attitude wasn’t welcoming. There was also an anti-theft glass barrier at the entrance, which made the place feel very different from what we expected based on the listing. We were traveling with kids and just didn’t feel comfortable staying. When we tried to explain that, he responded in a dismissive way, telling us to decide quickly and not waste his time because he wanted to go back to sleep, and also mentioning that if we didn’t take it, someone else would since there was a lot of interest. We ended up leaving right away. Just sharing our experience so others, especially families, know what to expect.

It's not a luxury hotel, but it's fine for an overnight stay while passing through; very clean.
