Such a horrid company. Charging late fees because the payment portal was down, contact person not responding prudently, not creating a support ticket for weeks after saying they did, and in general a huge rip off. Waiting for my last piece of mail which, of course, due to their incompetence is still not registered yet

Terrible, terrible service. I've been paying a hefty fee for mail forwarding and 95% of mail is lost. I've sent test letters that have never made it to back me, I have tracking numbers for delivered packages. They insist nobody has seen anything. The worst.

They lied to me about mail forwarding. They claimed they had been forwarding my mail and when I said I wasn't receiving anything, the manager Ashley Leavitt claimed the USPS must have lost my mail month after month and that I should "file a claim with the USPS". I knew this was a lie. When I asked her for proof that my mail was forwarded, she couldn't provide me anything. When I called them out on paying for a service I wasn't being provided, they finally sent me my mail. The letters were all dated 2-3 months, which proved they never actually forwarded my mail. They are liars, scammers, and lazy. Ashley is scum.

This office is a joke. The manager, Ashley Leavitt claims that the post office lost my mail three months in a row that she supposedly mailed herself. I suspect they are throwing our mail in the garbage and then charging us for the mail forwarding. STAY AWAY!!!

Norma, the manager at the front desk, is rude, unconcerned with customer service, and clearly unhelpful. I waited for nearly 15 minutes for anyone to be at the front desk to assist me in dropping off a laptop for PC Genie, and when she did come out she asked "what do you want?" when I asked about dropping the laptop off, she cut me off to say "Well, I'm on lunch right now so it will be a while." I kind of just stared at her, being that I walked in around 1:30, at it was now nearly 2PM. She said "Okay, maybe 3 minutes." And directed me to sit down and wait, which I happily did. While I was waiting, a family came in looking for the UT Co-Op and asked for directions. She bluntly stated "Plug it into your GPS" and looked back at her computer, before claiming "I don't even know where that is". The lack of customer service or just a base human desire to help people was shocking. I then approached the counter and began the check in process for the laptop, which was quick and easy. She misgendered me several times throughout the interaction (I am a transgender man) and I corrected her each time, to no response. Eventually, when addressing someone who came to pick up their mail for their company, she said "I'll help you when I'm done with her" and I corrected her again. She asked me to repeat myself and I clarified "Please call me him. I'm a man." And she stared at me, looked down at my chest, looked up at me and said "Okay, well I don't understand all this transgender stuff." I understand that many people are not familiar with working with transgender individuals, however, the pointed looking at my chest before continuing to address me was a bit much. I asked for clarification on security measures that would be taken to protect my laptop between her handling and PC Genie receiving it and she said "I don't know. I lock it up and he comes to get it. Is that enough for you?" I was purely asking a question. Third-party handling of my personal belongings is a security concern, and her lack of customer service or basic attempt to show care for others was once again, disappointing. I have never felt empowered to leave a review before, but as someone who works in the service industry, it was just really shocking and disrespectful on a basic level. I will be avoiding Regus Office Spaces and their associated businesses in the future.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
