Responsive and kind management. Maintenance handled and issues quickly. Safe area to live in

I moved into the building recently & so far I’ve had a generally positive experience. All the staff are kind and helpful, happy to answer any questions. The amenities & style of the building always leaves a good impression on my guests. I also appreciate the many floorplan options, there was a lot of freedom for me to make the space my own. The main drawbacks of living here are the train (especially if you live on the side of the building next to the tracks), the parking garage (lots of blind corners & very limited guest parking), the package system (most delivery drivers won’t check them in properly so you have no way to access them without a worker helping you), & the locks on the unit doors (die pretty often & require battery changes). I will say, the leasing agents & maintenance workers go above and beyond to make the experience better - which makes it hard to be mad about some of the complaints.

Would not recommend living here. Right by the train tracks where even though the leasing office says the train only comes by in the day it shows up at all times of the night with the train horn blaring which you can not sleep through. For the price you can do much better in a lot of other spots around Nashville. On top of this, I moved out nearly six months ago and still have not received my security deposit. I was told multiple times that it was being mailed, but nothing has arrived. This is unacceptable behavior.

Noise insulation is nonexistent. You can hear neighbors on all sides (above, below, each side) at all hours footsteps, conversations, music, cooking, pets (even a dogs toenails when it’s walking around), vacuuming, 24/7 barking. If you value peace, quiet, do not live here. For the price you can find a much better quality building anywhere in Nashville. I’ve never experienced so much disturbance from neighbors anywhere I’ve lived!

After visiting a friend, I took the stairwell to get back to the main floor. In order to open the door, a key fob/card was required, so I went back to my friends floor, and that door was restricted with the key fob for entry as well. I was locked in the stairwell for over 15 minutes After knocking until I literally begin to yell and beat on the door. Fortunately, someone was in their apartment nearby in the middle of the day and let me out. What? Trapped? Unreal. Yes, there has to be another way to secure this building without safety hazards like this.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
