Update to my review below from a week ago—After leaving this Google review, two hours later the staff called me and assured me they’d be sending me an expedited check that would arrive in 3-5 business days. Love how they’ll respond to a google review but not a phone call. A few days later, I got an email from a third party company stating that it would be 3 business days till I got a link to receive my deposit back electronically. After not having received the email with the link for a full week, I called this third party company and they reported that it could be up to 3 weeks till this process was complete. When I attempted to call the front desk, crickets again. Just send me my freaking deposit, y’all. This doesn’t have to be this hard. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience renting. Also, just a tip—it looks super cheesy to have your own staff leave reviews to cushion your review ratings. ___________________ My review applies to the coworking space, Second Story, managed by Broadstone Berry Hill: I’m still waiting to receive my initial deposit after 46 days of vacating, calling the front desk multiple times, emailing staff, and calling Greystar headquarters. The staff are friendly and mean well but I get the impression that they have to smile and do nothing due to their corporate management. As to the overall basic amenities taken care of in the coworking space, cleanliness of the shared space, bugs and cobwebs in the hallways, trash cans frequently overflowing and blocking the entrance to the parking garage for my clients, and providing printing (which was a part of the initial contract I signed), these issues were severely lacking in being prioritized and none of these basic tasks were regularly completed.

Lived here for a year and had no negative experiences. Maintenance usually respond within two days. All the appliances are brand new and top tier. And this might be a hot take but it’s actually pretty affordable in Nashville. Only downside is that the gym is not well equipped enough

Our company has had the pleasure of working with Elliston 23, and the experience has been outstanding. The management team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication is always clear, and they truly value their residents and the upkeep of the community. It’s refreshing to work with a property that maintains such high standards. Highly recommend Elliston 23 for anyone looking for a well-managed community. Shout out to Cait!!!

Every experience I have with the Broadstone Berry Hill has been amazing. Hannah, Audrey, Kelsey, Blake, and Chanel make for an incredible staff. Every community should be so lucky to have them!

Living at Broadstone Berry Hill has been such a wonderful experience! The community is always clean, safe, and welcoming, and the apartments are beautifully maintained. A huge shout-out to Chanel, Kelsey, and Hannah for making this place feel like home. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need—from answering questions to making sure maintenance requests are handled right away. Their kindness and attention to detail truly set this apartment complex apart. I highly recommend Broadstone Berry Hill to anyone looking for a great place to live!
