Meeting Street Suites is comfortable and convenient. It's centrally located with ample parking making for an easy commute for our employees living downtown and Mount Pleasant. We recently outgrew our space in the same building and the management team was quick and accommodating in getting us into a bigger space just down the hall. Highly recommend!

I am delighted to have an office within Meeting Street Suites! I have been so happy with the quality of the building, spaciousness of the offices, friendly tenants, ample parking and convenient location. The central locale is helpful for my clients who travel from all around the Lowcountry. As a tenant, I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, cute kitchen and awesome patio! I love being able to step outside for fresh air. The owners are very friendly, responsive and helpful. They have done a fantastic job on the building’s updates and curating a wonderful group of tenants. The setting is unique and has a lot of character. There are beautiful magnolia trees lining the parking lot, I always hear birds singing, and there’s usually a soft breeze. Wins all around!

We own a payroll & HR business and Meeting Street Suites has been the perfect space for our growing team. There is ample parking, it is clean and new, and the management team is helpful and responsive. Love working with Alison and her team!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Meeting Street Suites.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
