Local Works has been so kind to me as I look to expand EY's reach into the Charleston area. Steve Fletcher is creative in his approach and provided me with day-passes for a short time to allow me to get a feel for the space. He then found a permanent spot for me on a temporary basis to allow me to have a more consistent experience. Finally, Steve has been instrumental in helping me find more permanent office space in Charleston. Although there is not space here at Local Works for a full office, Steve is connecting me with the right people to help with my permanent office needs. Being from Charleston, I am so grateful for what Local Works does to help early-starts like mine get their bearings. I would recommend Local Works to anyone!

Great co-op space for a variety of reasons. Its hands down the most community focused of all the co-working space and they are a great resource for the Charleston community.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Local Works.

At Local Works - 1859 Summerville Avenue, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
