Food was amazing! My fav was the celery root soup. One of the most amazing soups I’ve had in my life. Cute ambiance and nice wait staff.

Had a Saturday Afternoon Lunch: Sidewalk Dining in January: Emily was out Server and WOW was she wonderful. Of course S.N.O.B never disappoints. All three of the peeps in our party enjoyed their dishes. Shrimp and Grits, Steak and Eggs, Salmon...and yes dessert as well. Sour Cream Apple Pie w/ Vanilla Ice cream. YuM!!

Dined here and had Kara as our server. She was so great and made excellent recommendations on dinner. We had the pork, lamb chops, ricotta and she crab soup. The lamb was so tender and flavorful. The entire meal was simply exquisite, great job by the culinary team. The ricotta and honey was so flavorful and we had the 192 to drink. We sat outside with our pup and they were so great with him. 10/10 recommend here!

We really loved our meal at SNOB. We were there while visiting Charleston after running the Kiawah Island Half Marathon, and our server made the whole celebration feel extra special. She was wonderful at pointing out menu items and helping us choose things we truly loved. For appetizers, we had the grass-fed beef carpaccio and the whipped ricotta with local honey. Both were delicious, though we did wish they weren’t both bread-based. For entrées, the grilled Heritage Farm pork chop was outstanding, some of the best pork I’ve ever had. I loved the blue cheese bread pudding that came with it. The greens were a bit bitter for my taste, but others might enjoy them. We also had the New Zealand lamb rack, which was amazing. The only negative of the evening was our table location, we were seated by the bathrooms, and it felt like people were walking around us all night, which we didn’t love. That said, we’ll definitely be back at SNOB the next time we’re in Charleston!

Absolutely perfection. Had the bbq shrimp as an appetizer, pan seared scallops for dinner, and bread pudding for dessert. Plus one cocktail and a glass of wine. So delicious. A little pricey so be prepared to pay for quality. Well worth it. Live music started at 7pm but wasn't too loud.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
The People's Building operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with State & Board.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, State & Board may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
