I would have left no stars, but it seems I had to leave atleast one to make a comment. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE THEIR PRODUCTS SCAM ALERT. They make it extremely hard to cancel. My account auto renewed because make sure that the button is flipped on for renewal and hard to find to switch off. Getting help to resolve it is damn near impossible not to mention they are rude. I asked to cancel a day after my account auto renewed they told me NO then raised my rate after I was able to turnoff auto renewal. Poor business practices.

3 Star when Crystal left 5 STAR when CRYSTAL was still there. Crystal is amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and she genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. My orientation took about an hour—not because it had to, but because Crystal is so thorough and detailed. She made sure I had all the info I needed, and I really appreciated her diligence. On top of that, she’s incredibly easy to work with. Just be upfront and professional, and she’ll make sure everything runs smoothly. What really stood out was how she went out of her way to help me avoid unnecessary charges—she literally saved me a ton of money! That kind of honesty and care is rare, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Crystal! You’re the best. I’m excited to grow my business here, and I know my clients will feel comfortable in this space.
