Music with vocals and heavy bass line DOMINATES the place 24/7. The heavy bass beats go straight through earplugs, and even permeate the so-called "quiet" room. Most members use noise cancelling headphones or earbuds, but for some people that's still not good enough to allow peaceful, focused work. This would be a great environment for grabbing cocktails with friends. Not a good work environment. Why they play music like this when the majority of members need to take phone calls or listen to their own earbud tunes is beyond me. A coffee shop would be less distracting...

A much needed co-working space in Charleston. The ambiance and setup of the space is fantastic, with open co-working desks, a focus (quiet) room, a larger meeting room, and multiple phone call booths. I'm very happy with my decision to join the club!

Absolutely love Switchyards! It’s a great change of scenery and pace if you WFH + the all you can drink Second State coffee pays for itself. I hope they open more locations in the greater Charleston area.

This little slice of heaven has become a staple in my daily work schedule. The coffee is great, the members (and staff!) are friendly and engaged, and the space is divine. I love meeting new people through the club, and look forward to spending even more time there with virtually 24/7 access. Highly recommended.
