Lack of communication and keeping their word from day one. There is a good amount of turnover so it is hard to establish relationships with frontline staff that is essential to your business. They promised furniture but never delivered. I also had charges I didn’t agree to and it took months to stop the charges. Finally they charged a $800 cleaning fee for an extremely small space and the space is cleaner now than when I received it.

My wife has an office with Regus, and we are more than happy with the services from the receptionist at the front desk. She is helpful when we have questions. She is attentive and professional, as well as a kind; and friendly, young lady.
