I absolutely love this space. There’s plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen is always stocked, and the private offices are really nice. As someone in a creative field, the vibe of a place matters—and The Marketer gets it right! It’s bright, inspiring, and helps me stay in the flow when I need to get things done. Bonus: the Mercer garage is right behind the building, which makes everything easier. If you’re on the hunt for a co-working space with big windows (sunlight is a must!) and a welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend The Marketer Collaborative enough. It’s quickly become my favorite place to work outside of home.

Full transparency: I own the building where this co-working space is located, so I may be a bit biased! That said, I genuinely believe this is one of Cincinnati's hidden gems when it comes to office space. The entire concept is built around collaboration, and now it's open to everyone. If you're looking for a great place to work, I highly recommend stopping by for a visit!

The Marketer Collab's Hukon room has the perfect ambiance (think roaring 20's cocktail bar). The staff was super helpful leading up to the event and were flexible with needing access during the day to drop items off. I would recommend the space for any type of gathering. 10/10 would host here again!

This space is amazing!!! I am so excited to see it brought to life with co-workers from the area. I love the creativity here, especially with amenities like a speakeasy and podcast booth. Having a parking contract with the building is also a huge bonus!
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with The Marketer Collaborative.
