Hudson Hub is a great location and a good place to run your business. We have been renting our space for over a year now and we are pleased with how well things are managed by Nala. She is quick to respond to any conflicts someone may have and she is very attentive to supplies that are needed and any disturbance that may occur around the office building.

I’ve been renting a suite here for my small business for almost a year now and it’s been such a great experience! The building itself is clean, professional, and filled with like-minded entrepreneurs, which makes for such a positive atmosphere. Nala, the manager, truly makes all the difference. She’s incredibly communicative, present, and genuinely cares about everyone renting here. She’s always available to help and you can tell she takes real pride in her work and in supporting all of us tenants. It’s rare to find a space that feels both professional and community-oriented, but Nala makes that possible. Highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed shared space.

Nala is an amazing floor manager! She is always checking in with the studio renters, making sure they have clients and asking how she can help grow their business. She’s attentive, patient, and truly supportive. The environment is welcoming and comfortable because of her. I definitely recommend renting a studio on the 5th floor at 86 Main St, Yonkers, NY—Nala goes above and beyond and makes you feel right at home

I recently toured Hudson Hub in Yonkers as I prepare to launch my new business in January, and I was genuinely impressed. The space is modern, versatile, and perfect for coworking, team meetings, or private office use, exactly what I was looking for. The Property Manager, Nala, conducted my tour and truly took the time to understand my needs. It’s clear she cares about the people and businesses coming into the space. I also learned that Hudson Hub offers apartment rentals, which makes it even more appealing. For me, great management is just as important as a great space, and Hudson Hub delivers both. I’ll definitely be using their office space, and once my current lease ends, I’ll be checking availability to move here as well.
