I would absolutely not use Regus again. Overpriced, poor service, and opaque billing practices. Everything is an upsell. Parking is extra. Internet is extra, and even after paying for upgraded service, mine was terrible. Getting support is a pain, and the front desk seems empowered to do little beyond repeat Regus policies. Be especially careful with the sales process. Stacey Williamson moved quickly to get me into an office and sign an agreement. At the end, Regus charged my card $536.59, the majority of which they later explained was an “Office Restoration Service.” This was absolutely not made clear to me when I signed. Bryan was responsive afterward, but there was no meaningful acknowledgment of how absurd the charge was, just a mindless repetition of Regus policy. My advice: read every line, demand every fee in writing, and understand the true cost before signing. If I could do it over again, I would never sign with Regus.
