The worst experience I have ever had. I put a sign up on the door of my paid meeting room and went out to take a phone call. Upon re entering I was told I was banned from the facility even though I still had about half my paid time left. When asked why, the security guard said the person who instructed me to be banned was on a meeting and couldn’t talk. Waited 20 minutes for her to be ready, when she was ready I asked to get my stuff which she replied she had thrown it out and that I could go get it out of the trash if I wanted it. Said they would refund me, still haven’t.

Excellent shared office space with a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, with plenty of useful amenities for day-to-day work. The staff is consistently helpful and attentive, which makes a big difference. I especially appreciate the phone booths—they’re comfortable and perfect for private calls or focus time. The only drawback is that the temperature can run quite cold at times, but overall it’s a fantastic space that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable shared office environment. And they validate your parking pass so you get free parking which is a bonus.

I attended the tour of Serendipity Labs and a class that was hosted by the Business Imcubator Association of NY at the location. The location is amazing. A gorgeous space with a very accomodating staff!
