Our experience with Serendipity Labs in Rochester was nothing short of exceptional, and it's all thanks to Marla and her incredible team. From the moment we booked, they were accommodating, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met with a smile. The co-working space itself is modern, clean, and perfectly equipped for a productive workday. We were also impressed with the catered food options, which were delicious and a huge hit with our group. We couldn't have asked for a better environment or a more supportive staff. At Serendipity Labs - Innovation Square, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Serendipity Labs.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
