The billing is insane! They OVER charge on purpose then make it impossible to correct their mistakes.

Space is nice. Location is nice. Key to office doesn’t work so we have to ask staff to let us in each time. Horrible experience with billing. NEVER GO HERE.

I WOULD GIVE REGUS ZERO STARS IF I COULD . SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THEM IS LIKE SELLING YOUR SOULD TO THE DEVIL . It looks good but 0/10 do not recommend. I had problems from the beginning (no access card the day of move in , double billing for parking, withdrawing money without an invoice etc.) Beware of the hidden fees (priority internet, copy machine cost, monthly coffee fees, parking etc). It’s a beautiful office space and staff are friendly. I cannot stand the customer service process, getting a refund for something I had already paid for took two weeks. I would not recommend Regus to my worst enemy. 9/26/25 Got a call about the review. I was assured it would be looked into, and an email reply would be sent Monday morning. 9/29/25 Email never happened. Corporate stated they needed my banking information again (Funny because you drafted $792 out of my account) and now you need my banking information again. 10/1/25 I just got charged a restoration fee. $4.75 per square feet. I had to pay $670.78 for an office space to be restored. Still no invoice for the $792 draft that came from my account . 10/7/25 Over charged for restoration fees . Office square footage is 100 sq ft and now the new price for square footage is $5.75 . Customer service appears to be outsourced as the replies from customer service support is only answered in the early hours of the morning. 10/30/25 retainer balance requested 12/10/25 retainer balance not returned . Several unanswered emails and phone calls . 12/24/25 no retainer balance returned

Terrible experience I’m a small business owner I was looking for a office went and did a walk through sat down talked about them next thing you know he Jeff is trying to get me to sign something I didn’t want too. I never agreed nor finalize anything but yet here I am getting emails saying I owe them thousands of dollars. It’s unreal. Truly. Then he threatens me if I don’t pay itll go to collections. This is a scam! Worst experience ever! Now I have to get a lawyer to fight for my rights from this fraud!
