I live in the luxury apartment building connected to the Blake Annex. I have set up arrangements and meeting with the head of the space, Angelique. Angelique's demeanor during each interaction was pompous and as if she couldn't be bothered... I've informed her about my LLC and media brand I'm building. On December 1st 2025, Angelique took my information for the membership. I immediately received an invoice via online portal. When I added my bank information to pay there wasn't a way for me to submit my payment. I physically gave Angelique my bank information and my authorization to execute the payment. Days are going by and I still haven't had my membership activated yet there's a monthly bill starting to generate from BLAKE ANNEX. I've sent text messages (no one will pick up the phone if you call). I'm receiving some level of discrimination and it's quite comedic. I'm under the impression The Blake Annex inflates their membership numbers with smaller businesses like mine and others while stonewalling the process of an actual membership all in pursuit of grant award money. I have been civil, calm and polite the entire duration. Angelique is very shady, she'll take all your information, payment included and get mad at you for trying to use the membership. Everything seems to be an inconvenience when you hold her accountable
