This rental space is a dream, and the management staff are very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The space is beautiful, spotless, and modern, and Melissa, the property manager, is fantastic to work with!

I was looking for a place to finish my degree away from the distractions of home and I am so glad I found CapCity! The office space is beautiful with lots of natural light. Melissa was happy to work with me on an arrangement for an office that would suit my needs and my budget. I was also able to make the space my own. I am really excited to work on my research here!

Beautiful, spacious, and clean co-working space located 18 flights above downtown Albany in a historic building. Melissa, Jorge, and Brandon were all responsive and great to work with.

Great space! Super safe, always clean and well laid out with both common and private areas to duck into as needed. Plus lots of great amenities. They have made spending a day in the office pleasant and super convenient.

At CapCity CoWorks, Coworking Memberships can be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with CapCity CoWorks.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with CapCity CoWorks, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
