Literally no one answers the phone, sits at the desk, or answers questions. They ramped pricing by 30% after the first year and said it was just market value. If you call them, every selection on their phone system says “invalid” entry. It’s a complete scam stay away.

If you’re looking for an affordable office, space, just skip this company altogether. When signing my lease last year, my number one week requirement was that I had easy access to a conference room for one of my clients. I was told no problem just let us know anytime and we can reserve either of the conference rooms for you that you need. Well, upon moving in and needing to reserve one of them, it literally turned into a nightmare with being told that it was $125. Nowhere on my paperwork, does it say that, and then I was told to reserve the smaller conference room, you have to reserve that day of. Well, now, this is the fifth time I have tried to reserve it by emailing like I was told to do, and crickets. No one responds, no one ever answers the phone, you cannot reserve it through the app or they try to charge you $90. The person that did, my paperwork was clearly making commission or some sort of incentive for getting tenants to sign leases and willfully did not disclose the true terms of what it took to get a conference room. I am at my wits end and sick and tired of the lack of communication and irresponsibility of the one thing that I double, and triple checked about before signing my lease. Now, once again, this morning, I am in need of this conference room and crickets all over again. I will definitely be looking elsewhere when my lease is up in the spring time. We are also on our fourth receptionist since March, and none of them seem to know anything about what’s going on. I also found out that for two months my mail was being put in another tenant’s folder with a completely different name that’s nowhere near any of my business names. I also seem to still be missing mail, that I have no Idea where it’s being put.

Regus: A disappointing experience to say the least. After a disastrous experience with Regus in Phoenix years ago, I made the mistake of giving them a second chance. Unfortunately, they’ve only managed to become more disorganized, more misleading, and even less responsive. From the start, I was misled, as they had for a few mere moments competent people working there. However, when those employees recognized how little they were valued they fled. Then communication was nonexistent. I visited multiple locations in person trying to find someone in charge—because apparently, that’s the only way to get any semblance of attention. The employee I needed was “off that day,” and the person present had no information but promised to pass along my details. Days, then a week passed. Nothing. I called multiple times. No answer. When someone finally picked up, they repeated the same line: the person I needed wasn’t in, and they had no clue what was going on. They promised to contact the regional manager. Again—radio silence. Weeks later when I finally got a meeting, the 'manger' was 25mins late. We had 5 mins left for our meeting. Complete waste of my time. Even worse, I was misled into believing they would follow up that week with more information. Weeks later and a series of calls and e-mails later I still heard nothing. I reached out via professional web sites to try and get a response and nothing. They said to use the app, yet they never replied to the app. I tried to cancel our lease, and no dice. I'm forced to stay here longer or get stuck with the bill. No one at our physical location, when they did show up, No one could answer questions or get me to a manager. Emails went unanswered. Phones rang endlessly. Is this really an office rental business, or just a front for confusion and frustration? Regus has perfected the art of making a simple process feel like a huge scam. Their customer service is nonexistent, their staff uninformed, and their follow-through laughable. After an unfortune event where horrible customer service led to an elevated verbal disagreement, we want out. Avoid Regus at all costs. Your mental health and business will thank you for it. *** I have almost 4mins of video on this as well. Didn't post due to 'consent' however it will be sent to management. ***Update: A senior manager did call to apologize and inquire about unfortune event and poor overall communication. Admittingly so, I also apologized for my behavior. Someone else's bad day should not set me off. They are going to try to do right by us. However, it's just a little bit too late. The damage has been done. Not sure what they can do to make things right.

Regus: Where Incompetence Meets False Advertising After a nightmare experience with Regus in Vegas a few years ago, I decided—foolishly—to give them a second chance. Spoiler alert: they’ve only gotten worse. I visited a location in person (because, apparently, doing things the old-fashioned way is the only hope of getting a response). The employee I needed to speak with was "off that day," and the person who was there had zero information but promised to pass along my details. A week passed. Nothing. I called three more times—no answer. Call number four? Someone finally picks up... only to tell me (again) that the person I needed doesn’t work that day and she also knows nothing. But don’t worry, she’ll “reach out to the regional manager.” Just like last time. And, again, radio silence. In the meantime, I called corporate. Surely, someone there knows what's going on? Nope. Even more clueless. They contradicted the location entirely and told me the only option they had was $800/month. For what, exactly? Confusion? Eventually—miracle of miracles—I got a call back. The person I originally spoke with claimed she received no information from corporate. Oh, and the shared office that was supposedly cheaper than the $239/month option? Now it’s $695. The “cheapest private office”? $1,100. That’s a $900 difference within a week. Either their pricing is made up on the spot, or they just enjoy wasting people’s time. Regus is a masterclass in how to make a simple process feel like a scam. Inconsistent pricing, zero communication, no follow-through, and a rotating cast of employees who “don’t work that day” or “know nothing.” If this company put half as much effort into customer service as they do into dodging accountability, they might actually function. Don’t walk—run—from Regus. You’re better off setting up shop in your car.

No one at the physical location to answer questions or show rental options. No answer of an email either. Is this really an office rental business?

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • NV, Reno - Double R Blvd operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
