Great building and fast move in. Once moved in, correspondence stopped regarding out of the ordinary billing, and very spotty internet. When the internet is present, it is slower than Verizon 5g. I have called and emailed Nico (area manager) multiple times and he will not respond with various questions that are pertinent to us working outside of our businesses. Elijah at front desk is responsive, but she can not answer the questions we need to be answered regarding invoicing and also network issues. Again, I have reached out more times than I can count to Nico and emails presented for tenant questions, I have yet to get responses.

Mail forwarding sucks it took 2 months to get a package forwarded and very slow on many others and I have tried to cancel the mail forwarding and they keep charging me. Bad to non existent customer service I can’t get ahold of anyone. Very frustrating I would find somewhere else to do business with.

Office manager at the front desk was amazing and profesional. Offices were great, clean, spacious and located in a great area. I’d recommend coming here any time.

Renter beware: Read the fine print. I had a virtual office and when I closed my business I found out that the contract stated for the client to give a ONE YEAR NOTICE to discontinue service! I thought it was the usual 30 day notice. This meant I was in the hole for another $1200.00 for a year of service I was not using. There are BETTER and WAY cheaper virtual offices available. Search elsewhere. After my one year was up, they continued to bill me. I had to get my cc company to dispute charges. I spoke with Regus billing and they were supposed to generate a "ticket" to remove my cc info, which never happened. My original review still stands.

In all my years doing business in Reno, I've never had a worse experience with a partner. No need for details, only to say the lack of professionalism was beyond belief. Luckily, the bad experience with staff led me to Pacific Workplaces, which has been a much better partnership. I'd check out Pacific Workplaces first if interested in the Reno area.

However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
