Warning, warning, warning this place is absolutely horrendous. If you’re looking for an office space, there’s alternatives to Regis this place scams you out of all your money and they don’t let you out of any agreements there’s hidden fees. As a local business owner in the Reno area do not use this place. You will definitely regret it at the end. It looks nice and they’re nice facilities, but when it comes down to your dollar, they just rip you off. I got ripped off over $2000 by using the room only one time. Yes, you got that right I was billed over $2000 by using the smallest room they have for one time they never negotiated with me. They just sent me 1000 emails a day saying that I owe them and if I don’t, they’re gonna report me to all the credit bureaus I need to keep my credit good because I’m a business owner so I ended up paying this fraudulent charge to get it off my record. They’ll probably respond to this email saying that we’re so sorry for your experience. If there’s anything that we can do, please let us know. Well, the damage is already been done, and you already stole all my money. The only thing that I’m going to do is report you on Google reviews and hope that less people utilize your facility. I wish I could do more to damage your reputation, but I think this would probably be as far as I wanna go because I want to absolutely forget about your company and forget about what happened in the past so I can move on with my life.

Clean building, plenty of workspace, good wifi, quiet setting. Great for getting working done. Highly recommend!

Great building and fast move in. Once moved in, correspondence stopped regarding out of the ordinary billing, and very spotty internet. When the internet is present, it is slower than Verizon 5g. I have called and emailed Nico (area manager) multiple times and he will not respond with various questions that are pertinent to us working outside of our businesses. Elijah at front desk is responsive, but she can not answer the questions we need to be answered regarding invoicing and also network issues. Again, I have reached out more times than I can count to Nico and emails presented for tenant questions, I have yet to get responses.

Mail forwarding sucks it took 2 months to get a package forwarded and very slow on many others and I have tried to cancel the mail forwarding and they keep charging me. Bad to non existent customer service I can’t get ahold of anyone. Very frustrating I would find somewhere else to do business with.

Office manager at the front desk was amazing and profesional. Offices were great, clean, spacious and located in a great area. I’d recommend coming here any time.
