I rented a coworking 'hot' desk for a couple of days. There are about three longish tables on the 2nd floor dedicated to hot desks, and is the only space Incubator has for coworking (the dedicated desks are in this area as well). This area is also the upstairs kitchette area. Generally, the other people there are very loud, either during customer service calls or when having very extended personal conversations with one another, above speaking levels. If you have a job that involves a bit of concentration as I do, I wouldn't recommend this place. I have gotten desks at plenty of other space rental places, and Incubator was the loudest. Otherwise, if noise is no bother, most will find that the facilities and amenities are nice, and the people are friendly. Getting setup is quick and easy to do. Every single rental space has unreasonable prices these days, but this place's rates are on the lower end.

Wow - This office is more spacious than you can tell in the photos! There are 2 sections: 1. Downstairs, where there is the first conference room, a game room, break room, and private offices. 2. Upstairs, where there is an open area for flexible and dedicated desks along with another break area, a 2nd conference room, 2 balconies, and EVEN more private offices Everything is so nicely decorated, it has a great comfortable welcoming vibe. Their CRM to book memberships and conference rooms is super simple and easy to use. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a close reliable place to work! We have yet to use it but took a tour and met Grant and Carson. Hope to use them in the future!

The guys here are phenomenal! Humbled to work with them for a couple months next door too!
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
With a monthly membership, 3535 Executive Terminal Drive offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Incubator Space.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Incubator Space may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
