After being a customer for 3 years i cancelled my virtual services agreement with 60 days notice in October of 2025. I’m still being billed (it’s now almost April 2026) and now sent to collection. I had to change my credit card number in the online portal because they won’t let me delete it! I placed 3 tickets with customer service to resolve this. The new manager Xochitl has been gas lighting me for weeks telling me that they are working on a solution. A service agreement is not a lease for real estate and an auto renewal like what is used in commercial leases is not enforceable.i offered to pay them for 90 days notice but they want to hold me hostage until October 2026. Don’t trust this place stay far away. There are better places for virtual office space that are more professional and provide better service for the price.

Worst experience do not use this I called and cancelled but they continue to v extend the contract . In the end they used collection agency and asked for money for months They even emotionally abused me for leaving . I need apology from them Do not ever use Regus

The Regus Suite gives my business a professional look. Diane takes very good care of all my questions and issues with professionalism and attentiveness. Sarah is willing to check on my mail so I don't have to make a trip down just to see if I have mail. They are both the best part of this Regus location. They care. That is nice. I suggest a raise for both of them!

Hello, I have had my office space, Sun West Mortgage Company for over 4 years and the Administration Office and Manager are The Best! They are Great with my clients and always there to assist me in regard to Open House Flyers, Reserving the Conference Room and making my clients feel welcomed! "REGUS" is very accommodating, clean, professionalism and the workspace is very nice and the staff are amazing! They greet you with a smile each day! Never experienced any problems with our space, and the personnel is fantastic. Diane does an amazing job and always goes out of her way to make sure everything is top notch! She is always making sure the clients are A O-KAY!!! She's fabulous! Sarahi does an amazing job, always friendly and going out of her way to help!!! Amazing!!! She's a duplicate of Diane!! This ladies are amazing and keeps the offices running smoothly!!!
