Jerome hit the ball out of the park. He fixed my computer's non-working keyboard the same day I brought it in (within hours of the drop off). Not only did he fix the specific issue, but for the price of the diagnosis alone, he also fixed my previous attempted repair :) Would definitely come back here again. (Don't be surprised if he asks for your password. He'll need it (of course) to get into your computer.)

Jerome is always helpful and listens to what you're asking. He's fair and practical and doesn't try to push you into buying something you don't need. Excellent service!

First I want to say this place is Excellent!!!! I wish I can give more than 5 stars!!!. If you are having computer problems or anything dealing with computer this is the place you can guarantee it will be fix. I have a small business in making shirts and I use my computer most of time. I had a big order to make shirts for this customer and I been using my computer all week. When I was just about almost finish I had only 5 more shirts to make my computer would not turn on. I was up all night long trying to figure out the problem , I took my computer apart and still could not figure out the problem. I even brought a computer from Walmart that night thinking I could just start over (nothing worked). I work in the Marlton area and googled this place the next day and was praying he could get me back and running before my client flies out. Jerome informed me that everything I did to my computer he would of done and for him to look into more I would pay $150 which I didn't care cuz I needed my computer badly. Then he also offered for me to get a new one and he could transfer the data over. I didn't even know that was a option. so I informed him I bought one already and gave to him, Jerome informed me that the computer I bought was no good and very very cheap and he was not lying. So he wrote on paper what to get from store 8 rams and 250 gb or 550gb. So I ran to Walmart returned the bad one and bought a new one which cost me 400 again didn't care because I needed it. When I gave the new computer to Jerome he informed me that he can clone my data to my new computer, again I didn't even know that was possible for same price he would to dissect my damaged computer. When I return to pick up my computer I could of kissed Jerome he not only got me back up and running but everything was exactly the same with my damaged computer, all my files were in their exact place and all my downloads were in their exact place and all my programs were in their exact same place. When I got home I thought for sure I would have to upload my printer to my new computer but something told me just test print to see if it connects. When I did my printer started printing was already connected to my new computer. When I say I could picked up where I left off was amazing, WOW, Amazing, I couldn't believe it , and I was able to finish the rest of the shirts for my client before she flew out. THANKS SO MUCH MARLTON COMPUTER SERIVICE AND JEROME YOU REALLY SAVED ME. I love this place because Jerome didn't have to tell me all that information but he really cares about people and really takes the time out for people and their computers thanks again for all your help I really appreciated it.

Called, and they cant even splice a USB cable. What kind of computer repair shop cant connect two data lines and a ground line together? If they cant even do that Im not gonna trust them with anything else. Literally entry level engineering

DISCLAIMER: I did not use MCS for their laptop or phone repair services, so I can’t speak to those. Based on other reviews, they seem to be excellent in those areas. My repair involved a custom built system. Who I recommend MCS for: * People with little to no computer knowledge who prefer not to troubleshoot on their own. * People who value time over money. For context, this is where I fall under as I am too busy with work most of the time. Who I don’t recommend MCS for: * Those comfortable spending a few hours researching and resolving issues independently. Yes, you lose out on time but in the end I’d say it’s worth it overall. Why I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars: 1st Star Deduction – Misdiagnosis and Premature Recommendation: I brought in my system for what I believed to be a GPU driver issue. Instead of thorough troubleshooting, I was told after 3 days that the GPU was faulty and should be replaced. I had specifically mentioned that the latest drivers were causing problems. Despite that, they installed the exact same drivers and claimed to have tried others—though my system logs show otherwise. This felt like a hasty conclusion aimed at a hardware replacement. I don’t know why they would want to go down this route as it’s creating more work for them rather than less. 2nd Star Deduction – Incomplete Resolution: Ultimately, the issue remained unresolved. I understand that not all service visits can result in a fix, but I do expect more effort for a $129.99 diagnostic. I later resolved the problem myself by installing even older drivers and undervolting my GPU—something I expected them to try. At this price point—especially for diagnosing a GPU that originally retailed around $1,000—I expected a more thorough and premium service. Simply reinstalling the same driver and suggesting a replacement card doesn’t meet that standard. I understand that MCS likely operates on high volume, but for what should have been a relatively straightforward software issue, the service I received was disappointing. I wish them the best of luck—I do think the service they provide is valuable for elderly clients and less tech-savvy users. However, I recommend looking elsewhere if you're comfortable troubleshooting on your own.
