Never send a loved one to this place unless you want them to die.
As long as you don’t need to check in on your loved one past 7pm on any night and call the nurses station for assistance they do an overall decent job. Otherwise, good luck reaching any staff. Make sure your loved one has a cell phone and is coherent enough to use a phone to communicate with you, because the staff will not answer any calls, and the mailbox is always full.
Thank you to Michelle and Meagan in PT/OT they worked a miracle with me . Im leaving today and I’m not the same person as when I first got in. When I first got in here, I wasn’t in too good of shape and I’m leaving today feeling really good and confident going back home and like I’m back to my old self and I love the activities here they were a lot of fun too. I really enjoyed the flower arranging, the painting, and BINGO. It was a lot of fun and you can have fun in these rehab places I know sometimes it’s stressful, but I had a nice experience here. I don’t wanna leave out the awesome nurses shout out to Lisa and Adedale and Shakira . Theres a lot more cant remember names but all the ones on post acute .
I’ve been trying to get a hold of my mom and really talk to her but Jasmine the supervisor nurse is one of the most amazing nurses I ever dealt with very knowledgeable and and put me at ease. If she’s taken care of your elderly parent or anybody that needs care, you should feel blessed 😇
This is my second stay here, im loving the activities, really enjoy the flower arranging, BINGO , parties lots to do which is important when you're recovering to have positive things going on daily. I'm finally weight bearing now which is awesome because it's one step closer to being home and independent. I'm thankful
