Thus place continues to be a dump. This us mt second disappointing occassion. This past Friday night at 10pm I came here to drop off some needed clothing to my relatives and walked right in. No security guard or receptionist and I was not challenged or questioned by any of the staff. Patients were sleeping and vulnerable. This place should be closed

My mother was robbed of $300 from her purse overnight after having been warned by a staff member to send it home because the staff would rob you blind. It happened before anyone was able to pick it up. It also takes forever after clicking the button for help to get anyone to respond. My mother woke up with terrible pain in her feet, but when finally trying to transfer her from a wheelchair into the bed, they stood her up with no support while she wailed in agony. She tried to tell them that she couldn't pivot with the traction socks on, but they ignored her and made excuses. There was no one there qualified to do that transfer properly. I should have done it myself but I foolishly trusted them. This place is not caring at all. There might be some good staff members, but I didn't meet any. I want her out of there ASAP.

I stayed at Care One at Evesham for approximately six weeks while receiving skilled nursing services for wound care, during a very difficult time when my wife was hospitalized at UPENN undergoing treatment for her seventh cancer diagnosis. I can honestly say that this facility exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was incredibly gracious, attentive, and knowledgeable. From nursing to support staff, everyone treated me with genuine care and respect. The food was excellent, and the PT and OT team were outstanding. They helped me regain my confidence, improve my mobility, and return to a level of independence I wasn’t sure I would achieve again. I would especially like to recognize Jennifer, the Director of Social Services. She went above and beyond in guiding me through the admission process and ensuring a smooth and well prepared discharge. She deserves a raise. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly stood out, she is a tremendous asset to the facility. If all the facilities I have experienced, this is far the best. It doesn’t feel like a typical rehab center, it feels more like a six-star hotel. I strongly recommend CareOne at Evesham to anyone in need of rehabilitation services delivered with excellence, dignity, and compassion. B. Dunkel

I was here for rehab after a week in the hospital. The rehab has been working me hard and i finally feel strong enough to go home thanks to them. I appreciate them taking care of me.
