As our business is expanding we were shopping for a new office and found Intelligent Office. From the moment I arrived Victoria was welcoming, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to show us the facility and grounds. The place is beautifully kept and very professional. Excited to have found!

I absolutely LOVE having office space at The Intelligent Office. I am a privately contracted teacher and conduct zoom classes from my office space and also use the shared space to teach in-person adult Spanish classes. It’s the absolute best. I called to inquire about the office space and I practically had to fish for information. The girl that first picked up didn’t know much and ended up being frustrated and connected me to someone else. As I was asking the person she connected me with she kept laughing in a disrespectful way. Even though the service was more affordable than others. The people who picked up were uneducated in their product and rude. You have someone calling opening up a business, you should know what you offer and not have the client asking multiple times to elaborate. No email with information was offered.

At Marlton (Five Greentree Centre), Day Passs and Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Intelligent Office (NJ).
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Intelligent Office (NJ), who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
