Signature Workspace has truly been a blessing for my business! I own a skincare and haircare brand inside the mall, and since joining, it’s made us so much more efficient especially with creating custom products. My staff and I love the break areas and the coffee; it gives us the perfect mental reset during long workdays. Emily, the Property manager, goes above and beyond I honestly thought she owned the place! In March it’ll be our one-year anniversary here, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best business decisions I’ve made. Highly recommend Signature Workspace to any entrepreneur or simply to anyone who is looking for a clean, professional work environment!

Such a great space for my retail teams to do interviews and onboarding in a private setting. The space is quiet and comforting and allows my new team members to focus and ask questions. Plus its super clean and offers plenty of room options for our larger groups. Emily is great to work with to find just the right space for our needs!

I first noticed Signature Workspace in December 2024 when I was walking towards Nordstrom and was immediately curious. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all thanks to Emily. She took her time showing me around, explaining every detail without ever making me feel rushed or dismissed. Her energy was so refreshing and genuine that I instantly knew this was the right place for me. Before joining, I used to work out of Starbucks and always hated when they closed at 9 p.m. One of my favorite things about Signature Workspace is the 24/7 access, it’s amazing knowing I can start early or stay late whenever I need to. Even though it’s located inside the mall, it’s super convenient to access. I usually park on the upper deck, and it only takes me a minute or two to walk directly to the space.The space is always spotless: the kitchen and bathrooms are clean, and there’s always coffee and tea available. I also love the wellness room, it’s such a thoughtful touch. Whenever I’m feeling stressed, I’ll take a few minutes there to decompress. They have phone rooms where you can take personal calls, so that you're not distracting others. Another thing that stands out is how respectful and considerate everyone is. There’s a shared understanding that this is a mutual space, and Emily does an incredible job making sure it stays that way. I was a member for two months, did some traveling, and when I decided to come back recently, Emily immediately remembered me and was genuinely excited that I was returning. I’ve been back for a week now, and I can confidently say, coming back was the best decision I’ve made again. I truly feel at home here. Emily also does a fantastic job of building community and encouraging networking by organizing monthly activities that bring members together to connect and collaborate.

I would not recommend this space for any professional. The business practices are poor, and the on-site manager, Emily, has shown unprofessional and immature behavior that does not support the needs of people or businesses. Additionally, the company has attempted retaliation after I chose to discontinue services, which further reflects their lack of integrity.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
