Rented space out in this building for 4 years. When I moved out they charged me a bunch of money for damages that weren’t there. On top of that they never gave me back the balance of my retainer even after taking out what they charged me. Currently going to court to get my $12k back. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Way too over priced there’s so many cheaper places in south Jersey which I’ve found. Do yourself a favor and just look up reviews for yourself.
