Thomas from support amazed me by recovering things I thought were gone forever, including a very old set of browser bookmarks I hadn’t seen in years. Rented space out in this building for 4 years. When I moved out they charged me a bunch of money for damages that weren’t there. On top of that they never gave me back the balance of my retainer even after taking out what they charged me. Currently going to court to get my $12k back. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Way too over priced there’s so many cheaper places in south Jersey which I’ve found. Do yourself a favor and just look up reviews for yourself.

I used Regus for a few months in Jenkintown, PA, because I lived a little far from my Business. I had a reserved spot with a designated File Cabinet. I was supposed to be given a key for the File Cabinet, but every time I went there, they were not at the Front Desk. I never received a key and very important files were lost. I complained to several people in the Organization, including the President of the Company. Nothing was done. There were times that I went to my space and there was someone using it. There was never someone at the Front Desk to complain to. I would never use them again, even if they didn't charge me for Life.
