We're a Colorado-based medical device research company, and needed a facility to host 8 medical professionals for 3 hour sessions over the course of four days. The Raleigh TKO Suites met our needs to a T, and Office Manager Raven Singleton was amazing -- providing early access to the facility on a Sunday evening so that we could set up and hit the ground running Monday morning, graciously hosting and supporting our team, and even welcoming our research participants in advance of their sessions. We'll definitely look first to Raven and TKO Suites the next time we need facilities in Raleigh (and, based on our experience in Raleigh, even in other TKO Suites locations).

We have been renting from TKO for 5 years. The absolute best thing about renting office space here is the front desk. Raven is so helpful to us it is like having another staff member on our team. She is quick to address all our needs whether we need a new microwave or just a refill on our cups and paper towels. She is the first point of contact for our clients. She is always smiling and available to assist with our clients, packages, mail and honestly anything else we need, allowing us to focus on our work. RAVEN is the best thing about TKO Suites!

Worst. Do not recommend. No receptionist. A sign in the lobby instructs you to text a number to let them know you are in the lobby. 20 minutes later, no response. Sent another text simply asking for a confirmation the text was received. No response. Now 30 minutes later and counting. Saw this convenient QR code on the counter asking for a review… probably shouldn’t have put that there…. Was sent here with a notification that I had 24 hours to take my drug screening, on a Sunday. Went to church, full bladder… waiting is not working. If someone doesn’t come out here soon, I might pee in the planter in the corner.

TKO Suites Raleigh has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with TKO Suites.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
