I agree with all of the other 5 star ratings and wanted to add my own 5-star rating. After looking at numerous office space options in the Triangle area, the best option came when I toured the Office Ours locations. The price, amenities, responsiveness of staff and property maintenance is of very high quality. I had the opportunity to work with Grayson & Cary and their professionalism is what makes having office space superior. The maintenance manager Mike, is soooo nice, courteous and always available to assist in any way possible. If you are looking for a professional space, I highly recommend that you do not pass the offerings at Office Ours up!

Office Ours is a wonderful option for small to med size businesses looking for a location at a reasonable cost. Ryan is quick to respond and helps guide potential customers through the leasing process. I will always recommend Ryan's facility to my customers!
