I cannot say enough great things about The Common in Fayetteville! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The space itself is immaculate—clean, cozy, and designed for both comfort and productivity. I was traveling from Georgia to Raleigh when an urgent call came up, and I had very little time to find a professional space to work. The team at The Common went above and beyond, getting me set up in record time so I could focus without any stress. Their exceptional service and attention to detail truly made all the difference. If you’re in the area and need a workspace, do yourself a favor and book here—you won’t regret it! 5 out of 5, highly recommend!

Working at the common has been a great experience these past 5 months. I have the perfect amount of office space! The building is always clean, very friendly staff, and there’s always supplies, snacks, water, and coffee available!

Working at The Common was such a great experience. My office was comfortable and had all the space I needed. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need a productive spot to work again!
The Common Community Workspace has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Common Community Workspace.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
