Highly recommend The Common Community Workspace Bragg Boulevard to work remote for a day or longer. The facility and amenities are wonderful, great location that is central to both Fayetteville and Fort Bragg. The staff and owner are incredibly pleasant and take tremendous pride in the business and customers. I was a little apprehensive with it facing and set back off of Bragg Blvd, however, road noise was not an issue to my surprise. Parking is adjacent their building and accessed from Bragg Blvd or via a side street to the rear parking area (this was a win to avoid Bragg Blvd traffic). Looking forward to the next visit. Keep up the great work!

An awesome space to work and have client meetings in. Joy is helpful and always available. No issues and if there were I am confident they would be promptly and satisfactorily addressed. I am more than confident to bring clients to my office space at The Common. Highly recommend to anyone needing a flexible “office space” option.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with The Common Community Workspace.
At The Common Community Workspace, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available.
