These are bar far the cleanest, nicest, office suites I have ever seen. The manager and owner is exceptionally nice and amazing to work with!

I have been renting from Waterside Office Suites for the past few months, and can not say enough great things about the space and owners. It is a professional atmosphere which is perfect for small businesses. The owners are great at providing services we need and really try their best to help you succeed. They go above and beyond by offering a front office staff and snacks to my patients. They really are the best. Come join our amazing and eclectic group!

442 South Main Street has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Waterside Office Suites.
