WARNING to small business owners: Do your homework before signing anything with Regus. I came here trying to build something for myself — a legitimate business address and a professional presence. What I got instead was a masterclass in predatory contract practices and dismissive customer service. The issues started with endless account verification problems that nobody could resolve efficiently. When I finally decided enough was enough and tried to cancel, I was told I'd need to give 3 months' notice — but only AFTER completing the remainder of my current term, which means I'm locked into paying for an additional 5 months before that notice window even opens. None of this was made clear upfront. The front desk staff was combative and unhelpful, and the cancellation process was deliberately convoluted — first told to do it in person, then redirected to an app, all while the clock kept running on my contract. Regus's business model appears to be built on upselling, obscure contract terms, and making it as difficult as possible to leave. If you're a small business owner trying to keep costs lean, this is not the partner you want. Read every line of the contract, understand the exit terms, and consider whether the risk is worth it. I wish someone had warned me. Consider this your warning.

We needed a temporary office space while waiting to moving to a new building and Regus was a really convenient way for us to have office space for our employees before our new building was ready.

Natalia and Preston make this place great. Very friendly and they are always available if anyone has questions or need any help. The space is very nice and with plenty of parking. Easy location just off the 77. The star rating is for the staff and the space. On the other hand, Regus though as a company has some odd/aggressive/somewhat confusing practices when it comes to billing (retainers, restoration fees, always increase upon renewal policy, etc.) so I would keep that in mind.

We hosted our event using the lobby and reception area, and it exceed our expectations. The space was welcoming, organized, and functional. The layout made everything run effectively and allowed our guess to feel comfortable. A special thank you to Preston for being so helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Do not lease from these guys. Regus just unilaterally will charge fees to your account without your knowledge and permission. They misrepresent this when you meet to sign your lease- none of these fees are discussed. They then try to send you a blanket agreement they control and you can’t alter and which has been altered constantly by them to screw you even further. Do yourself a favor and don’t enter into the lease. It might sound good but it’s not. They are fraudulently leasing spaces. I’ve been paid on my rent each month and they arbitrarily added a fee that I dispute and they have now locked me out of the business. Don’t do it.
