Great central location with easy access for clients from I270 & I44. They have all the necessary amenities and no expensive extravagant extras. Its a great asset to our firm with all the benefits of a large corporate office without all the high price... When you rent office space from Sunset Office Suites, it may sound as if you're renting from some faceless corporation, but you're essentially renting from two regular, hard-working guys named Ronn and Ray. They're accessible, friendly and reliable, and in the office everyday ready to work, and, if need be, provide a helping hand. I rented my first office from Ronn and Ray after starting my own firm in 2008. Keeping costs at a minimum was a priority, so I rented a small, interior office. It wasn't glamorous, but it fit my needs at the time and allowed me to maintain a professional appearance while minimizing overhead. Since then, I've upgraded offices twice, and chose to stay with Sunset Office Suites each time, without hesitation. The phone service is great, the internet is blazing fast and reliable, the location at 44 & 270 is easily accessible from any direction, parking is a breeze, and the auxiliary services - the receptionist, copier/scanner/fax, etc - are all top notch. Plus, if you ever need to bounce ideas around or get some advice, you're surrounded by business-minded people who have been there and done that, and are more than happy to help. All-in-all, this is a great place to start and grow a business. Being surrounded by other entrepreneurs provides motivation and a team-like atmosphere. Even if you're a one-person business, like myself, you won't necessarily feel that way when you rent an office here. You may not get a marble-floored entry way and a doorman, but you'll get top-notch customer service, reliable features, and an attractive, well-maintained office, all at an affordable price.
