Hive44 is the ideal coworking space in the St. Louis metro area. The rates are reasonable and the internet connection is blazing fast. Since I am a night owl/evening person, the 24/7 access is great. I can stay as late as I need to get work done. The location is convenient and because it is in a business park, I always feel safe and don’t worry about my car in the parking lot. The owners are helpful and attentive to questions and needs. Even though there are several other coworking spaces closer to where I live, Hive44’s benefits made joining an easy decision for me.

I’m a current tenant here. I rent a warehouse and office desk. It’s really ideal and affordable situation. The areas always nice and clean. Great landlords too! Pretty cool, and amenities like huge printer, full kitchen, hardwire internet/WiFi and even a private zoom room.

We were there for about 2 years. We really hated leaving! But our business is growing...We loved the space at “The Hive”. The entryway was beautiful, the furniture was solid, the decor was very nice, the WiFi worked well, and we loved the kitchen area-a great respite! Cheryl, Don, & Erica are wonderful people to work with, any small item was always addressed easily. We had great “neighbors” too at the Hive, one of whom we still refer to for business. Amazing space! Beautiful and well put together! I have had my wedding and bridal shower in the event side and have loved working on the coworking side for years. Great members and owners, a real productive and caring atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone who needs work or event space!
