First time at an event here. Two floors, very roomy downstairs. Nice outdoor area. Very narrow stairway down. Lot of seating arrangements for relaxing to music. Hammocks, beanbag seats, etc

Our band has used their affordable and great rehearsal spaces, the main lobby has a cool atmosphere & a bar!

There are rehearsal spaces and a bar. The largest rooms for a decent price that I've seen in St. Louis. Lots of noise from nearby rooms in our medium sized 3rd floor room. Bathrooms are clean. The freight elevator is usually but not always operable.

The room we use doesn't look anything like that picture. The sound equipment doesn't work well. Some ports are broken. Parking in front is very small.
