Stopped by for a first-time coworking session during a midweek lunch. The conference rooms are modern and quiet, which is great for focused work, but the Wi-Fi was spotty in one corner of the floor. The seating areas are stylish and comfortable, and the neighborhood feel is pretty lively which I enjoyed. Parking can be a bit tricky if you arrive later in the day. Overall, nice space to get some work done, though not everything is perfect yet. Might give it another shot.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at The Spaces at the Central West End. From the outset, things did not go as expected. I had a verbal conversation with Truman during my tour on February 25, 2025, where I explained that I would only need the coworking space for one month. However, the lack of proper orientation to the building made it difficult for me to even understand how to give proper notice to end my lease. Additionally, I encountered several issues with the space itself. I wasn’t provided with the WiFi and printer access codes until I had to ask the Community Manager, Kristain, for them. These were not provided to me when I picked up my keycard to access the building. Even after receiving the codes, the WiFi and printer still didn’t work. I had to resort to using my mobile phone's hotspot, as the connection was unreliable. The help desk was completely unhelpful—no one seemed to know anything about how to resolve the issue. When I emailed about the WiFi and printer access, that’s when I was finally given the codes. I also never received the door code for after-hours access, which further complicated my experience. One night, I was locked out of the building and had to call the fire department for assistance, and they showed up but were unable to let me back into the building. Another client was kind enough to eventually let me in, but the entire experience was incredibly embarrassing and frustrating. I have also put in several requests for the District Manager, the Billing Team, and Kristain to contact me—yet I have received no response. Truman never responded to my email sent on March 14, 2025, and despite submitting tickets for callbacks from both the billing and district managers on March 26 and March 27, I still have not heard anything back. My concerns have been completely ignored. On top of all that, after I canceled my lease agreement on March 27, 2025, I received several incorrect invoices, including charges for kitchen amenities I never used, restoration services for a month I will not be there, a second retainer/deposit charge, and a late fee despite having already taken the necessary steps to cancel my lease. The lack of customer support and professionalism throughout this process has made what should have been a simple coworking experience incredibly stressful and disappointing. I will definitely not recommend The Spaces at the Central West End. It has been a horrible experience from start to finish, and I would advise anyone considering this space to think twice before moving forward.
