I've been with Regus - Lake Elmo location since year 2020. It is almost June of 2026 and I am still here! We have gone from a 1 person small office to a 2 person office and now, an 4 office suite and soon down to 2 offices. Throughout the whole process, Tom and Kathy (located at the front desk of suite 100) have been so tremendously helpful with explaining the cost of everything and making sure we have what we need to successfully run my business. They both have gone above and beyond for us and I'm sure they've done the same for others as well. Their communication skills are impeccable and their prompt attention to urgent matters are second to none. They are both so understanding and very welcoming. I am forever grateful for their assistance, attention to detail, promptness, communication skills, their kindness, wonderful work ethic and overall just taking care of everyone here. Regus has a wonderful team here at the Lake Elmo location and I hope it never changes. This location is close to restaurants and shopping at Home Goods, Best Buy etc. There's a kwik trip up the road convenient for anyone who needs gas or food. Quick access to Radio Dr and 94. Very convenient location. Close to everything! Offices are reasonably priced. Internet is included. I've never gotten a separate bill for heat/electric/water, you can use the kitchen whenever you want and there are dishes/mugs/dishwasher/sink whenever you need it. Refrigerator if you want to put your lunch in there. Bathrooms are always clean and recently, I just found out there's a room with a shower and locker area - pretty neat. Alot of parking in the front and back of building. There is a nice walking trail in the back of the building. Pretty quiet around here. The most important thing is, you'll have Tom and Kathy here and that itself is a WIN!! Anyone that wants to do business here, don't second guess it - just do it!

This is the third regus facility I have been a tenant in. I have been here for eight years. It is conveniently located near my home and has free parking. There are also a number of lunch/restaurant locations within a half mile of the center. It was recently renovated and is nicely decorated. My office also has a view of a pond where ducks, geese, and an occasional turkey are going about their days. Of the locations I have utilized, the front desk staff here is my favorite. They are friendly and helpful while occasionally bringing in breakfast or lunch items for the people who work here.

You have a fantastic staff at your Woodbury location. They answer all questions promptly. They have a very friendly disposition. Could not ask for better.
