I've been renting a single office at Pathway Cowork since May 2024 and it's been a wonderful experience. The building is clean and full of ammenities like a workout room, lunchroom and conference rooms that I can use anytime I need to, if you are looking for an office to rent, I highly recommend checking out the Pathway cowork space.

This is an amazing location to have office space! The people are wonderful, kind and helpful. The space is Clean - quiet - surrounded by professionals- close to walking trials- dining- post office- grocery store and local shops-I was so fortunate to find this location to work remotely.

I did a short term rental (6 months) of one of the spaces in the older building. I had a wonderful experience. Peter, is a fabulous landlord - organized with great communication skills. I found the environment to be a quite working space. I appreciated the security system with keycard access as I would sometimes work in the off hours and on weekends. Lots of parking available and friendly people that work in both buildings. Would highly recommend!

I rented the large conference room at Pathway Cowork for an evening workshop in February and it worked out very well. The space was comfortable and accessible and there’s plenty of free parking for the participants. I appreciated the property owner’s willingness to go over the use of the A/V equipment in advance of my event. It was a good space for a 20-25 person meeting and I would definitely use it again in the future.

We are so excited to be at PathWay Cowork Space. We are leasing the Large Conference Room for our Network in Action Twin Cities East Metro Monthly Meetings. I was referred by one of my fabulous members, Mason Bosch, owner of AireServ East Metro. The conference room is perfect for what we do. The room includes great presentation tech, full access to a kitchen, and plenty of tables and chairs for up to 24 professionals. Peter, the owner, is really easy to work with, communicates with me in a timely manner, and is very personable. So far, my interactions with others at the space have been very friendly, too. If you are looking for a co-working space, a full-time office to lease, or a beautiful conference room for meetings, this is the place. Highly Recommend.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
