As a self employed entrepreneur who has been to many coworking spaces, I can confidently say Olio is the best one. The ambiance is exactly what I need to dial me in for productivity. The rate is extremely reasonable for everything they have to offer, and the location is perfect. The owners genuinely care about your experience and are always trying to go above and beyond. I wish every place were like Olio.

As a solopreneur, I have experimented with several different co-working spaces and Olio checks all of the boxes for what I need. It's a smaller, intimate and modern space that allows for both focused work and collaboration. It's also conveniently located in downtown Hopkins, which offers plenty in terms of restaurants, shops and breweries. Most of the of the members are small business owners like me, so there are also opportunities to connect, share learnings and network.

Coming from a corporate environment, I had my concerns around a blended co-working space. That went away on day one, with a fresh cup of coffee, a quiet workspace, friendly tenants, and a printer to boot ! The Olio Team has thought of everything, and maintains a clean, 24/7 office escape. At 915 Mainstreet, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Private Offices, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
915 Mainstreet has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Olio Coworking.
