Monica and Jayne do an amazing job as the front desk staff at the Regus / Edina Grandview Square! Always on time, professional, friendly and helpful. From welcoming in my clients to helping with administrative work they are amazing! A great asset for Regus and all those working and visiting the building.

We have been at the Edina Regus for over 3 years and are very happy. The front desk staff, especially Monica have been exceptional! Whenever we need any type of assistance or questions, she’s all over it.

Overall a very good experience over the last 6-7 years. Your receptionists are always competent and willing to help. The current receptionist Monica always has a positive attitude and most willing to assist in any way she can. She does a very good solid job in my opinion. One issue outside the office is when questions come up regarding billing invoices, it appears no one locally has any authority and it needs to go thru several layers before a final decision is made! Also HQ makes rent increases without any tenant discussion or input. Overall it has been a good experience due to the staff here in the Edina location

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Regus - Edina - Grandview Square is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
