Awesome co-working location! I love that I am able to get out of my home office and interact with some great professionals. The space is beautiful, has everything I need, and the staff is always friendly and kind. Easy parking and access.

Just discovered this most delightful new workspace if you need to a spot to work remotely and not with the busy distractions at home. Also, great space to host small work meetings events. Conveniently and quietly located off of 28th St./96 freeway. Offers great amenities and budget-friendly flexible plans. Jordan and Ashley are wonderful owners and seem genuinely supportive and friendly. Highly recommend!

I had a chance to utilize the space at the Addition and I must say that this is a phenomenal space! Whether you are working remotely, utilizing a shared space, or even occupying the kitchen/eating area, the space gives itself to your needs! I look forward to utilizing this space again for a small event in the near future. Jordan and his team has put together a great space that is modern, chic, and artistically composed! I recommend the Addition to all Entrepreneurs, small business owners and those the need a space to host their small event.

Great place, friendly staff, much needed in the area. Provided monitors, coffee, podcast room, all included in the day pass or membership. Always coworking here whenever I’m in the area. Cheers to Jordan & Ashley for creating a special place.
5738 Foremost Drive Southeast has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Addition.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Addition, who is more than happy to help out.
